"We at Yamaha Music Europe are very happy for this new and exciting partnership. It is our pleasure to support the European Brass Band Association and to be involved in these fantastic and prestigious events. Our support of the European Championships coincides with the launch of our new "Neo" range of brass band instruments which we have spent years developing with some of the top brass band musicians in Europe.

The new "Neo" range of instruments along with our Percussion support of the European Championships show Yamaha's long term commitment to brass banding in the future. We look forward to working closely with the European Brass Band Association over the coming years."

EBBA president Ulf Rosenberg commented: "We are very excited to have Yamaha connected to future European Championships and are sure that it will provide all competing bands and concerts with top-class percussion equipment and provide an excellent platform for Yamaha in their marketing in Europe. We are looking forward to a successful partnership."
